All of our programs are dependent on funding from private donors, grants, admissions, and corporate sponsorships. Despite public assumptions, the Naval Park receives less than 5% of our operating budget from government sources. The Navy is not allowed by Federal law to allocate funds to maintain these magnificent ships. It is up to the Western New York and Military Community to provide care for these mighty, Veteran vessels! Without community support, we could not continue our efforts to maintain a place of honor for Veterans and provide education and inspiration for our visitors.
