Throughout Memorial Day weekend, 7,300 flags will blanket the grounds of the Buffalo & Erie County Naval & Military Park to represent the United States Veterans who have lost their battle with PTSD. From May 23-25, drive by the Naval Park to see the installation and please wear a mask and maintain social distancing if you choose to walk through the grounds.
