The Buffalo & Erie County Naval & Military Park will host a remembrance ceremony to commemorate the 19th Anniversary of the attacks on 9/11. Beginning at 8:30 AM, a bell will toll from the USS Croaker at the minute of each attack. A moment of silence will follow.
