This program will be moderated by the Buffalo Naval Park’s Chairman, LTC Terry McGuire, US Army (Ret).

You will need a computer with a decent internet connection and speakers, ideally equipped with a webcam and a microphone. You will be able to test your audio and video settings ahead of time if you would like.
