National Korean War Armistice Day Celebration at the Korean War Memorial on Saturday, July 28th from 10:00 am to 10:30 am. We will be honoring the memory of Former Sheriff Thomas F. Higgins. Sheriff Higgins was a Korean War Veteran and Member of the Buffalo Naval Park’s Board of Directors.
