Tolling the Boats Ceremony

What is the Tolling the Boats Ceremony? The U.S. Submarine Veterans of WWII originally established the "Tolling for the Boats" Ceremony. It is a unique and time-honored memorial service and is in keeping with the finest traditions of the Navy. “A tribute to those we will always carry, and to those we can no longer hold.” Join us for a compelling ceremony on Memorial Day 2019 at the Buffalo Naval Park, where a new monument bringing awareness to PTSD will be unveiled.
